Janneris is a highly experienced and accomplished professional who has been with the organization since 2007. 

Janneris currently serves as the Director of Programs, where she is responsible for overseeing all mission-driven programs. In this role, she works closely with program managers and staff to ensure that all programs are aligned with the organization's mission and are meeting the needs of the participants they serve.

Janneris' dedication to the organization, combined with her exceptional skills and leadership abilities, make her a highly valuable asset to the organization.

Chelsea Keeler is our energetic and dedicated Camp Director going into her 11th year with Hands In 4 Youth.  Chelsea has served as a counselor, program coordinator, and multiple conference center roles.

As Camp Director Chelsea oversees programming, communications with parents, recruitment hiring, manages over 100 staff, and facilitates communication between agency offices to ensure smooth operation during the camp season. Her collaborative mindset inspires both our counselors and campers and makes her an invaluable part of our Hands In 4 Youth team.

Kevin brings a wealth of experience as Controller, Director of Finance, VP Finance, Treasurer, and CFO from a broad range of industries with organizations of varying sizes (from $3MM to $30 Billion) gained over the past 25+ years.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and is a Certified Project Management Professional.

Iriana Gandman is the Camp Registrar at Hands In 4 Youth. With over 10 years of experience working in the HR field, specifically within nonprofit organizations, she is dedicated to making the enrollment process simple and welcoming for families.

Iriana guides parents through each step of the registration process, answering questions and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. She prioritizes supporting every family and takes pride in helping children embark on their camp experience smoothly. This approach allows parents to feel confident while their kids focus on creating wonderful memories.
